Venue changed covid policy last minute
I purchased three concert tickets for Andy Grammer four months before the show. At date of purchase a negative test was okay for admission for the unvaccinated. I followed up a couple times on the covid policy for the Napa Theater Uptown. Checked again a day or so before driving to the area. When I went to take my covid test the day of, I checked the website to see what form of results they wanted again. This time (the day of the concert), the policy required a vaccine with no other work arounds. The website also stated no refunds would be given due to the updating covid policy. Upset was an understatement. I tried to sell my tickets and the ticketmaster app wouldn't let me finish the listing process.
